Information Fumana Processes
Fumana may process account identity such as name, email address, authentication identity, organisation memberships, roles, invite usage, and access status.
For client workspaces, Fumana may process Google Drive connection metadata, Drive file metadata, sermon and media metadata, transcripts, transcript chunks, AI summaries, key moments, Clip Lists, export history, processing jobs, logs, and security or audit events where implemented.
Why The Data Is Used
Fumana uses this information to authenticate users, enforce organisation access, scan and pair authorised Drive media, process searchable sermon content, generate editor workflow outputs, support debugging, and maintain pilot security/audit readiness.
Client content is processed for the client organisation's use. It is not intended to train public models.
Who May Process Data
Fumana/Looped Tech personnel may process limited operational information for support, security, and service delivery.
Service delivery may involve hosting, database, authentication, Google Drive API, worker infrastructure, transcription, embedding, and AI providers where enabled by configuration.
Pilot Sub-Processors
Current pilot sub-processors may include Supabase for database/auth, Vercel for web hosting, Google APIs for Drive access, OpenAI for configured embeddings/reranking/summaries, and local or cloud worker infrastructure for media processing.
This list is a placeholder and should be reviewed and formalised before broad commercial rollout.
Retention, Deletion, And Requests
Data retention and deletion will be handled according to the client pilot arrangement and reasonable operational needs for support, security, and debugging.
Data subject, access, correction, deletion, or privacy requests should be sent to the designated Fumana/Looped Tech contact for the pilot. Contact details should be finalised before wider rollout.
