Fumana Pilot Terms of Use
Service
Fumana Cloud is a media search, transcription, processing, and archive workflow tool for authorised organisation workspaces.
The service helps authorised users scan permitted media folders, process sermon media, search transcripts, create Clip Lists, generate summaries, and prepare editor-facing exports.
Authorised Access
Users must only access organisations, archives, media, transcripts, summaries, and Clip Lists they are authorised to access.
Organisation admins must only connect Google Drive accounts, folders, shared drives, and media sources that they are authorised by their organisation to connect.
Client Content And Rights
The client organisation remains responsible for rights, permissions, consent, and lawful basis in its source media, archive, sermons, recordings, and related materials.
Users must not process unlawful, unauthorised, confidential third-party, rights-infringing, or otherwise impermissible material without permission.
Pilot Limitations
Fumana Cloud is not a backup, disaster recovery system, or archival guarantee. Client organisations should keep their own source media and archive backups.
During the pilot, the service may be changed, paused, limited, or adjusted to improve reliability, security, workflow quality, and controlled rollout readiness.
Infrastructure And Acceptable Use
Fumana may use hosting, database, authentication, Google Drive API, worker, transcription, embedding, and AI infrastructure or sub-processors to provide the service.
Users may not attempt to bypass access controls, access another organisation, scrape data outside their authorisation, interfere with processing jobs, or misuse service credentials.
